COCOA

Cocoa is a brown Shetland ewe whose fleece (3 to 4 inch locks) turned into some beautiful roving. She is a pure bred Shetland ewe. The daughter of registered Shetlands, Brick and Ariel. Cocoa is our little “crazy girl”. She likes to do her own thing. During treat time, she stays to the back and makes me fling her graham crackers to her. I sometimes believe she is smarter than the rest of the group and knows how to avoid the “graham cracker” rush. :) Cocoa’s fleece falls onto the softer side of traditional Shetland. Her fiber has been a popular seller over the years.

LIGHT COLORED LAMBS

Our light colored Shetland lambs. The roving is a blend of the soft coats of Shetland lambs. A few soft neps blended in from their dry tips. It feels delightfully soft and looks to make a beautiful slightly rustic yarn.

RITZA

Ritza our white fine fleeced Shetland. She came to us via Ramsey Farm’s Fine Fleeced Shetlands. Ritza is a gentle soul. She loves to be petted and to eat! Ritza can smell a graham cracker a mile away. She has the most lovely face with light brown freckles on her nose. Her fleece reflects her nature so fine, pure, and bright. For fine micron count, Ritza is your girl. Her roving in so soft and white. Should make some gorgeous yarn.

RUBY

Ruby is the precocious daughter of Ritsa and Spiez. Both are Fine Fleeced Registered Shetlands from Ramsey Farms. Ruby fiber is really strong, soft, and bright. It will make for some lovely soft slightly rustic yarn.

SPIEZ

Spiez is our other fine fleeced from Ramsey Farms in black. He arrived to our flock at the same time as Ritza. His roving (approximately 3 inch locks) is soft with a beautiful depth. A soft squishy yarn will result from his fine roving.
