Memories from our extended Spinning Family...
Miss Lego is not only the matriarch of the flock; She is also one of our customers favorite spinning fleeces. Lego's locks and roving have been shipped throughout the US and across the border to Canada as well.
The photos below were shared with us from a talented spinner residing in Hawaii. She purchased some of Lego's roving to spin and create a sweater. Yes, a sweater. ;) She is originally from the east coast. She sent this lovely email along with the photos:
" Just started spinning with Lego’s fiber this weekend. Oh, my goodness! It is amazing. So fun to work with and the fiber is soft and elastic. I will be needing more in the near future! Thank you again."
She did indeed contact me within the next few weeks to buy another pound of roving from the same lot.
We have been truly blessed with wonderful customers who help us to support our small family farm and share their experiences and enjoyment of our lovely woollies' Shetland fiber. We cannot express how this touches our lives to have kindred spirits share in our love of these fine animals.
